Michael D. Holloway, President – Homebuyer Associates

Michael founded Homebuyer Associates and the concept of buyer agency in Wisconsin in 1985.  Homebuyer Associates was started to level the playing field between buyer and seller.  According to Michael, “A home purchase is the foundation of your financial future so make sure your home purchase is based on information, not emotion.”

Seamus Holloway, Exclusive Buyer Agent

Following in his uncle’s footsteps Seamus has worked in the housing rehabilitation field and held positions in areas of title work and real estate closings.  It is Homebuyer Associates benefit to have his background contribute to our Homebuyer Associates level of real estate experience.  Seamus joined Homebuyer Associates in 2003.

Lynn Sarver, Exclusive Buyer Agent

Lynn joined Homebuyer Associates in 1994.  Lynn’s background was briefly in the traditional real estate system.  I say briefly because Lynn quickly became frustrated with the traditional real estate system and left the business.  It was Homebuyer Associates’ good fortune to find Lynn and show her that there really was an ethical way to represent homebuyers in the buying process.

Paul Wollersheim, Exclusive Buyer Agent

Paul joined Homebuyer Associates in 1992.  Prior to that Paul worked in banking.  Paul knows the home buying process and his hands-on approach with clients is appreciated by them. This approach allows clients to get the information they need prior to making the largest financial purchase of their life.
