Michael D. Holloway, President - Homebuyer Associates

Michael founded Homebuyer Associates and the Exclusive Buyer Agent concept in Wisconsin in 1985. Homebuyer Associates was started to level the playing field between buyer and seller. According to Michael, "A home purchase is the foundation of your financial future so make sure your home purchase is based on information, not emotion."

In his previous job Michael managed a housing rehabilitation program where he was responsible for rehabbing over 150 homes. Michael is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin -Eau Claire and lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Terry.

Lynn Sarver, Exclusive Buyer Agent

Lynn joined Homebuyer Associates in 1994. Lynn's background was briefly in the traditional real estate system. I say briefly, because Lynn quickly became frustrated with the traditional real estate system and left the real estate business. It was Homebuyer Associates good fortune to find Lynn and show her that there really was an ethical way to represent homebuyers in the buying process. Lynn lives in Waukesha County with her husband John and son.

Paul Wollersheim, Exclusive Buyer Agent

Paul joined Homebuyer Associates in 1992. Prior to that, Paul worked in banking. Paul knows the home buying process and knows homes (as the owner of 4 homes himself). Paul's approach with clients is the Homebuyer Associate's approach...stay in touch with clients, provide information and do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it.

Seamus Holloway, Exclusive Buyer Agent

Seamus joined Homebuyer Associates in 2004 having worked in the  the housing rehab field and as title escrow administrator for new construction for a title company.  Realizing that to truly work for buyers one must be an Exclusive Buyer Agent, Seamus became a member of his uncles real estate firm.  Seamus owns a duplex and is preparing to invest in his second home.
