The goal is an orderly sale and purchase. This process allows you to sell your home and buy your next home with the information necessary to make informed choices.

• Prepare the paperwork for signature to sell your home, absent signatures. Order the lawn

• Begin the preliminary search and interior review of homes on market.
  
• As you become comfortable with the marketplace,sign the listing documents and authorize
