Our Role: The Exclusive Buyer Agent

• Based on your questionnaire and notes and comments from our meeting, we enter your preferred number of bedrooms, square footage, location, price and style parameters on our MLS database. Questionnaire
  
  
• We then begin the home search using the MLS database of all Realtor homes on the market in a four county area. We will also search for homes that are on market as For Sale by Owner and ask that you contact us if you see a For Sale By Owner that interests you.
  
  
• Our initial search will capture everything on the market that meets your stated wants and needs in a home. Thereafter, we search daily for homes new on market and provide that information daily via e-mail, fax or mail. We call it the boring, methodical approach to finding a home.
  
  
• After scheduling appointments, we look at the home with you to help you. If you are interested in the home, we then prepare a Comparative Market Analysis as to the home's value. If it is a home you wish to purchase, we work with you to draft the offer, insure financing is obtained and the purchase is closed.
