Your Role

• Complete our questionnaire to focus and define your wants and needs in a home. Remove the emotion from the decision-making process, focus on information to make your home-buying decisions. Questionnaire
  
  
• Based on your completed questionnaire, Homebuyer Associates will prepare a written analysis of the marketplace, that is, search for the number and type of homes on the market which meet your wants and needs. We'll also comment regarding ideas we have to help you accomplish your goal.
  
  
• Prior to or after you receive our written analysis, we will meet for 30-45 minutes to discuss your real estate questions and to further explain our process. The key is making you an "informed" buyer.
  
  
• When we begin working with you, we will forward information to you daily regarding homes new on market. We will do this by e-mail, fax or mail - at your direction. You choose the homes you wish to see, call us to make the appointment and we will schedule the walk-through appointments for you. Together we will then look at homes. We call it the boring methodical approach to buying a home.
